Instant Recovery: and on and on!

In our previous blog, we already told you about backing up and more importantly, how to quickly restore data in the event of a disaster so that the business is back up and running in no time. In many companies and organizations, the backup is put in the cloud, but if that backup needs to be restored, it can even take several weeks (!) to restore all the data. These virtual servers can independently perform different tasks. Tasks that were previously distributed across different computers. It’s software and so you have to back that up, back up your entire virtual environment.

With the right backup software like Veeam, when restoring these virtual machines, you don’t have to wait until all the data is restored to a new host before you can start the virtual server. This software allows the virtual server to be started directly from the backup. You start up your server and in the background the rest of the data is retrieved and put on the host.
